Welding by inductive heating

Welding-on - this technology sprays thermically nickel- chrome powder on the surface with its subsequent welding by means of inductive heating.

Advantages:

Proper corrosion protection and a high hardness. This type of coating is recommended in case of using it in abrasive environment, for instance, in the mountains, in the travel mechanisms of support sections and movement of an armored conveyor.

Capacity:

Maximum length of the processed units is 1500mm, maximum external diameter is 150mm. The current capacity of the devices enables to spray the coating monthly on 300 piston rods of the above mentioned size
