Welding-on process

Welding-on process is large-size welding on. This method enables to achieve a coating with thickness of just a few millimeters, and at the same time it provides good corrosion protection and hardness of the surface. Mostly stainless chrome-plated steel is used as adding material.

Examples of application:

This technology of spraying the coating is used for an urgent repair of the elements that cannot be manufactured within a short time. The company esser saar machinery use a method of submerged arc welding.

Advantages:

Large layer strengths by some millimetres are reached , with also good corrosion protection and hardness.
