Hydco® duroplastic

The Duroplast - polymeric coating sprayed under the technology developed and patented by the Esser saar machinery gmbh. Duroplastic coating is well-fitted for new production and repair of the hydraulic cylinders and is known for its corrosion preventing resistance.

Examples of application:

Legs of the powered roof supports, press hydraulic equipment, marine hydraulic cylinders, HGV tipping and turning cylinders, sluice cylinders, truck crane cylinders.

Advantages:

No corrosion, pore-free structure of the coating through to the subsurface, no hydrogen embrittlement, very good adhesion to the subsurface, thick layers (250µм), high degree of elasticity, high elasticity, good slip.

Capacity:

The capacity available allows to apply the duroplastic coating monthly on 320 hydraulic cylinders with diameter about 230 mm and with the length of 1500 mm. Maximum length of the units under procession amounts to 3000 mm, and the maximum outer diameter is 430 mm. Spraying the coating on the internal surfaces of cylinder components is limited to the minimum diameter of 80 mm.
