Research and development

Esser saar machinery operates development for the reconstruction of the hydraulic cylinders and mechanical components, as well as for coating technologies.

Within the development department the existing coating techniques are permanently improved and developed further.

Development project Resistant Metallization

Objective is the development of a corrosion and wear- resistant metallization for hydraulic equipment in the mining industry, special for the inner cylinder of the telescopic cylinders.

Development project Hydco / multi-layer system

Objective is the development and/or modification of a corrosion resistant polymer coating and/or a multi-layer system for hydraulic equipment in the mining industry and for offshore-applications.
